Opaque handle referencing a resource within the render graph.
Handles are obtained from RGPassBuilder.createTexture, RGPassBuilder.createFramebuffer, RenderGraph.importTexture, or RGPassBuilder.write. They are lightweight identifiers used to declare dependencies between passes.
